Arraystar SYBR Green Real-time PCR Master Mix是采用SYBR GreenⅠ荧光法进行实时定量PCR 的预混液（2×浓度），该预混液包含了各类RNA（mRNA、lncRNA、circRNA、microRNA、tRNA、tRF&tiRNA、snoRNA等）实时定量PCR反应所需的各种试剂，如：热启动Taq酶，SYBR Green I，MgCl2，dNTPs，稳定剂等，只需另外加入cDNA模板和PCR引物便可进行Real-time PCR反应。
